  1. Delicious farrotto!
  2. An oldie, but a goodie: There are great brown rice pasta shells out there for those of you who are gluten free.
  3. Another oldie but goodie. Those of you who know me can attest to the fact that I made this recipe about 10 times last winter. I often substituted canned pumpkin to make it quicker.

    Mmmmm, the farrotto recipe looks so tasty. Thanks for sharing. So many people don’t realize that wheat doesn’t only come in bread, pasta, crackers etc.. Farro’s a tasty, yet hardly processed option!
