Weekly Top 10s

In no particular order

  1. I have a confession to make. I have what I would call a legit addiction to granola. I just saw this post and it’s already in the oven. Yummmmm!
  2. I love this ode to Canada. I met Kelly at the Big Summer Potluck last weekend and was immediately drawn to her quick wit and snappy sense of humour.
  3. This pasta dish is going into my rotation. It’s fast, healthy, and filled with delicious things.
  4. How to build a bar. If you like to entertain, or just imbibe a little, this is great.
  5. And if you’re still trying to find the best summer cocktail (besides this one), this list should help you out.
  6. I like a story that starts with, “be willing to be ruthless!” Being innovative with your organization gives you a real kick in the pants.
  7. Ooh this salad looks so delicious!  I’d want to eat it with these tacos. As my sister would say, “avocado is nature’s butter.”
  8. If you want to improve your health, check this out: Winnie is a former practicing ND and she writes an inspiring series called One Simple Change. Start with one. That’s all it takes
  9. Running for Haters. This is totally me.
  10. I am obsessed with biscotti these days! That crunch! The dunking into a warm cup of coffee or tea! I’m making these stat!

YAY! I made the roundup. Honestly, I clicked because I was like, wow I can’t wait to read more about how awesome Canada is (ya know, thinking that someone else had lauded Canada’s obvious greatness, because really that whole helicopter thing is *still* blowing my mind). But! In reading this, I’ve stumbled upon a slew of wonderful, thoughtful content (I am such a run-hater. bookmarked that one!). I’ve added you to my Google Reader so I don’t miss a thing! Happy weekend, m’dear! :)

Yay! I made it to your Google Reader! I’m so honoured! That’s with a “u” btw. :) Happy weekend to you too!

  • Oh man. Homemade granola is SO much better than pre-bought. I mean, you get to pick the ingredients. No junk and it is oh-so-good coming out of the oven nice and chewy-hot!

    YUM!

I totally hear you Michelle. Once I start eating it, I feel like I can’t stop. Like I said, a legit addiction! I just made homemade almond milk for the first time too and the combo between the two of them is unbelievable. :)

That running for haters link was PERFECT. Needed some reminders on how to step my game up and get back into it full force. Fabulous links, yet again! :)
