Sometimes I get into food obsessions where something is just so good, that I make it over and over  again.     YES. So happy to know there are others out there that now share my pickled mustard seed addiction (and that I caused it….mwhahahaha). I just made a new batch the other day and accidentally cooked them down a bit too much. They are craaazaay sticky, but they also developed this awesome caramelized sugar taste too. Best mistake ever.

      Awesome mistake! Seriously, I love them and I have a friend who’s been over for dinner a few times and every time she’s here, she’s like, “do you have anymore of those mustard seeds?” Ha!
