You can almost feel the way it shifts your energetic vibe. #goodandgoodforyou

In the spirit of sharing the turmeric love, I’ve included some links to other high-vibe, vibrant dishes that I thought you might enjoy. Check out the links in my slideshow. Peace, friends!

Turmeric root is not available where I live. Is it possible to use ground turmeric? How much?

    • Reply February 26, 2015

Melissa, Thanks for stopping by! Yes, ground turmeric is fine. I’d start with 1/4 tsp and add more to taste. It’s all about your own taste preference. Just so you know, the colour probably won’t be as vibrant with the juice, but it’s still perfectly good and good for you.
